Meet Trish Cosand

Born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, Trish attended local schools and began working with Chicago Title and First American Title in escrow management before raising her two children as a stay-at-home mom for 13 years. After her girls graduated from Stevenson School, she worked for Sanctuary Vacation Rentals for 10 years as the Business Development Manager before joining the Tim Allen Properties Team in 2024 as our Director of Property Management. She oversees our Luxury Rental portfolio and provides our clients with white glove service in Property Management and guest experiences.
