Nick Pavlina brings a unique blend of construction expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, and real estate experience to his clients. He began his career in commercial construction, managing complex projects for major clients before becoming a licensed contractor and operating his own construction company focused on high-quality residential renovations. This foundation gives Nick a trained eye for craftsmanship, value, and the underlying quality of a home, insight that is especially valuable to discerning buyers and sellers.

In addition to his construction background, Nick is a seasoned business owner, having co-founded and scaled Humble Sea Brewing Co. to six locations and over 100 employees across the Bay Area. As President, he led operations, financial strategy, and team development, building a brand centered on quality and experience. He also spent several years as a real estate agent focused on commercial real estate, with hands-on experience in leasing, property management, and sales, giving him a well-rounded understanding of asset performance and client needs. Now a licensed real estate broker, Nick combines his operational mindset with a client-first approach, offering thoughtful guidance, strong communication, and a long-term perspective to every transaction.
