Cooper originally set foot on the Monterey Peninsula in 2006 to finish out his high school experience at Stevenson School. He joined his alma mater in 2011 after graduating from Colorado State University. During his time at Stevenson, Cooper taught in the Math Department at both the middle and high school divisions, and worked as a resident faculty member, before assuming a position in athletics administration. Prior to transitioning to the Tim Allen Properties team, Cooper helped oversee one of the largest scholastic sports programs in California and played a vital role in the overall success of the Pirate sports program over the past decade through both his coaching and administrative duties.
Cooper garnered lacrosse All American honors in both high school and college and presently heads the boys lacrosse program at Stevenson School. He was recently named the California Boys Lacrosse Coach of the Year for 2020-2021. Cooper holds a masters degree in Organizational Leadership and hopes to continue his educational journey in the world of Real Estate.
He has a passion for building relationships and forming lasting friendships. Cooper strongly believes that being a part of a team plays a significant role in educating the whole person. Teamwork teaches discipline, hard work, patience, and how to manage adversity. In addition, it teaches how to be a part of something bigger than yourself. Now part of Tim Allen Properties, Cooper is committed to honing his new craft.
